IW-320 is the sensible entry point. It costs roughly $600–1,700 less than the rest yet keeps the core: motorised Zero Gravity recline to 137°, powered leg panel and backrest, leather seat with vibration massage.
For Vietnamese homes the decisive detail is that it breaks down. The chair ships and assembles as small sub-assemblies, so it goes up a narrow stairwell or into a lift-less apartment without drama.
The 2025 revision adds a remote for every motorised axis, a presence-sensing reading light, and HDMI 2.1 / DisplayPort runs pre-wired through the frame. The trade-off against the flagships: the keyboard tray and armrests open manually, and monitor distance is fixed at 80 cm unless you order the adjustable mount.
